" Mary-Ann's place was perfect for our stay. Really comfortable and in a great location for walking into town or to the nearby retail park. Mary-Ann provided detailed directions and instructions which made arrival and departure really easy. And throughout our stay Mary-Ann was super responsive and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to recommend. "

"Absolutely amazing! the place was so clean and tidy and felt very homely. lovely hosts. We had a severe weather warning and was unable to drive back due to the condition so, Mary-Ann allowed us to stay an extra night and checked up on us to see if we was okay, we are so grateful and we are so glad we chose this air b&b! we will be coming back 1000%. They had everything we would need and there is a petrol station at the end of the road to grab extra little bits, laundrette on site and dvds/games and a fire stick in the caravan. The beds are comfy, rooms spacious and we felt right at home. Lovely people on site aswell which was nice. The main bedroom had an en suite which was very nice as you don't get that in many caravans. Not far to whitby, Robin hoods bay or Scarborough and there is a delicious fish and chip shop called "fish box" in whitby which is a must. I could go on about how good this place is, trust me and book it!! "

"We enjoyed our stay at Mary-Ann's home. On a site which had amenities, retail park with McDonalds situated a 5 minute walk away, handy for breakfast. Town centre approx a 25 minute walk away. Home was clean, tidy and comfortable, plenty of room for the 6 of us and one dog. Thank you for a nice stay. "

"Fantastic bolthole for a coastal holiday. The home is spotlessly clean, immaculately kept, well stocked and looked after. Really comfortable, cosy and warm. There is a pub open Thursday-Sunday and a lovely cafe serving fantastic breakfasts both next door. The main bus route that connects Scarborough to Whitby is right outside which makes it a perfect base for walking and exploring. Mary-Ann is a superhost! Super quick to respond, really friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back. What a gem of a place "
